The Minister decided to honor all the awarded students in person, inviting them to the Ministry's headquarters. The presentation of diplomas took place on Saturday, April 22. The ceremony was attended by the rectors of the medical universities, our students were accompanied by Prof. Zbigniew Gaciong.
The scholarship of the Minister of Health for significant scientific or sports achievements may be awarded to, among others, authors or co-authors of a scientific monograph or a chapter thereof, authors of scientific articles published in scientific journals or peer-reviewed materials from international conferences. Participation in a research project with a high level of innovation is also considered an important achievement. Students are also awarded scholarships for, among other things, placing on the podium at the Universiade, Academic World Championships, Academic European Championships, European Student Games. The application for awarding a student is submitted by the rector of the respective university. The Ministry received 129 applications for scholarships for the 2022/2023 academic year.
