Knowledge Promoters

The editors of Pulse of Medicine, on the occasion of the List of One Hundred, also present additional awards for commitment to the dissemination of knowledge. The title of the Knowledge Promoter goes to only three people each year. In this edition, one of them is Professor Marek Postula.

How is the List of One Hundred created?

The jury evaluates candidates in three categories: achievements and accomplishments, positive impact on the development of Polish medicine/health care system, as well as strength of public impact, awarding points from 1-10 in each category. The final “hundred” will include those who receive the highest total number of points.
The first edition of the List of One Hundred was held in 2002.
