SGH-MUW EMBA again in the “Golden Fifteen” of the best MBA programmes in Poland!

The SGH-MUW Executive MBA in Health Care programme, jointly run by the Medical University of Warsaw (MUW) and the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, was ranked 9th in this year’s MBA Programme Ranking. Thus, not only did it become one of the best MBA programmes nationwide, but also the highest-ranked programme focused on the health care sector. The diploma and congratulations for this achievement were received by Professor Agnieszka Cudnoch-Jędrzejewska, Vice Rector for Clinical Affairs and Investments at MUW, and Artur Białoszewski, Programme Manager at MUW, as well as Dorota Niedziółka, PhD, Vice Rector for Development at SGH, and Monika Raulinajtys-Grzybek, PhD, Programme Manager at SGH.

This is the second consecutive year that the SGH-WUM EMBA in Health Care has been included in the prestigious “Golden Fifteen” compiled by the “Perspektywy” Educational Foundation. In addition to its 9th-place finish overall, the SGH-MUW programme also ranked highly in the categories “Programme Reputation and Prestige” (6th place) and “Graduate Career Support” (9th place).

– Professional management in health care today is essential to delivering high-quality patient care, using resources efficiently, and implementing innovation effectively. It requires leaders to not only understand medical science but also to possess advanced managerial skills. As a graduate of the SGH-MUW MBA programme in Health Care, I can confirm the real and practical value of this interdisciplinary training model - says Professor Agnieszka Cudnoch-Jędrzejewska, Vice Rector of MUW. – We are proud that the Medical University of Warsaw is the only medical university represented in the prestigious Perspektywy 2025 MBA ranking – a list otherwise dominated by economics and business universities. This confirms the growing importance of health care management skills and our University’s leading position in the field.

– MUW is a leader among medical universities in training health system managers, and in cooperation with the SGH Warsaw School of Economics, offers diplomas that are the most highly regarded by employers in the sector. Being able to maintain the 9th position in the ranking confirms this - explains Artur Białoszewski, head of studies on the MUW side - We warmly invite those who want to develop managerial competences in direct relation to the challenges of the health sector to apply for the 8th edition of the programme.”
