The second edition of the MUW Mentoring Program has been launched

The idea of the program is to support young researchers from our university in conducting scientific initiatives through mentoring and participation in workshops and training. On August 28, participants in the second edition of the program met with Prof. Piotr Pruszczyk, Vice Rector for Science and Technology Transfer.

The purpose of the MUW Mentoring Program

- The Mentoring Program is the only one of its kind implemented at our university, whose participants can draw knowledge and experience from internationally recognized scientists - explains Prof. Pruszczyk. He adds: - Thanks to the meetings with outstanding mentors, experts in various fields of medicine, pharmacy and health sciences, who often hold management and managerial positions, young researchers from MUW will receive the best possible example for building their scientific careers and a chance to network internationally.

The program is advisory and developmental in nature as well as offers support in, among other things, finding and developing one's own career path, improving specific leadership skills, confronting and analyzing one's own ideas, increasing awareness of one's own potential or building networks. It is also intended to encourage young scientists to participate in internships abroad, establish international cooperation and networking, so that in the future their potential can be used to apply for international grants.
