Are you a young scientist? Present your research results at the WIMC International Congress
WIMC or Warsaw International Medical Congress for Young Scientists is one of the largest conferences for young scientists in Europe. In the world of science, it already has its well-established position. It creates many valuable opportunities for young scientists, primarily to present the effects of their research work and to build a network of international contacts.

WIMC broadens scientific horizons

Participation in the congress is also a chance to deepen ones knowledge in the field of medical sciences and to acquire new skills. We encourage you to register today [ link ]! This year's 18th WIMC will take place on 21-23 April at the Medical University of Warsaw. It is organized by the Student Scientific Society under the patronage of the Rector.

The plans include workshops, plenary sessions, expert lectures. And over 30 different thematic sessions. This is when every young researcher can present his or her scientific achievements in front of a jury consisting of high-class specialists and the audience of the congress. Previous event

In 2022, during the 17th WIMC, which took place within the walls of the Medical University of Warsaw, we hosted about 300 young scientists from different parts of the world. During 24 thematic sessions, over 200 participants presented themselves. At the time, Anna Krawczyk, the chairwoman of the Congress and the Student Scientific Society, said: - After 3 years, the Warsaw International Medical Congress has returned to our university. We had the pleasure to be one of the first international conferences conducted entirely in a stationary form. The 3 days were filled with scientific sessions, practical workshops, expert lectures and, above all, opportunities to meet inspiring young science enthusiasts. I admit that it was a challenge for us. We believe that the organization of the event in this form will help promote scientific work among students.
