Individual conditions

Dr. Adrian Wong set out to answer the question of how the human factor affects daily clinical practice. During his presentation, he emphasized the importance of communication. He spoke about the impact of professional hierarchy and mundane fatigue on medics' actions. He also pointed out the potential errors that can result from individual medical staff conditions.

Modern training methods

Dr. Adrian Wong's lecture was not only an opportunity to expand the knowledge of human factors in medicine, but also to learn about modern methods of training medical personnel. The speaker pointed out that daily clinical practice is based on both EBM and the people who make up the complex health care system. He also wondered if talking is a good way to avoid trouble.

The event was held on April 11 this year. It was attended by medical students and doctors of the University Clinical Center. Organizational support was provided by students from the ANKONA anesthesiology circle, led by Stanisław Dudek.
