Warsaw medical Universities community members are not just medics, but also very talented musicians, theater lovers and art experts. The University has a Choir, an Orchestra, a “Magic” Theater and a Museum of the History of Medicine.
The Museum of the History of Medicine
The Museum of the History of Medicine is the first and only such facility in Warsaw and is open to the general public. It meets the expectations of several generations of medics, at the same time meets social needs. The museum collects, prepares and makes available collections which come from gifts, purchases and deposits. On the first floor, in the Temporary Exhibition Gallery, there can be found exhibits from the field of the history of medicine, as well as medicine in different art foms. The museum also prepares regular lectures in various fields and takes part the "Night of Museums" (An annual event where for one night museums open their doors to visitors free of charge).

The Academic Choir
Vocally talented students and graduates can join the university's Choir. The ensemble provides the musical setting for many celebrations and events, such as the inauguration of the academic year and graduation ceremonies at individual faculties. The choir gives concerts in Poland and abroad, in this way promoting contemporary Polish music. The ensemble's repertoire also includes early masterpieces and arrangements of popular music.

The Chamber Orchestra
The Medical University of Warsaw also has its own Orchestra. From the beginning of the its existence, its members have graced university events with their performances, they also give concerts outside of the university, in hospitals and other locations. The orchestra also cooperates closely with other medical musicians groups throughout Poland. It is part of the European Medical Students' Orchestra and Choir, whose members meet once a year in various European countries to prepare and present concerts together, under the batons of outstanding conductors.
The “Magic” Theater
For those who love literature and art, are interested in acting, directing and set design, the University provides an extraordinary facility- the “Magic” Theater. Which is a place where students pursue their passion, moving into a created world, different from their everyday student life. Among the “Magic” Theater’s performances are those presented in primary schools and in the university’s Pediatric Hospital.

The Medical University of Warsaw’s Main Library
The Main Library performs educational, research, didactic and service functions. Its main task is to provide researchers and students of the University with the widest possible access to information on national and global achievements in medicine and related sciences. The Medical University of Warsaw’s main library is located in the modern Library and Information Center, and is equipped with multimedia lecture rooms, reading rooms and a lending facility, which enables quick access to the latest Polish and foreign sources of medical information. The library is fully computerized and has a modern book identification system. In addition to library materials, users have at their disposal workshops, rooms for individual and group work, conference and teaching rooms equipped with audio and video equipment. Anatomical dummies and other anatomy learning aids are also available to students. Each of the students visiting the Main Library can use the free Wi-Fi network.
