The meeting was also attended by WHO representative in Poland Dr. Nina Berdzuli, Deputy Child Rights Ombudsman Adam Chmura, representatives of the government, including Deputy Minister of Health Wojciech Konieczny and Deputy Minister of Education Paulina Piechna-Więckiewicz, as well as national consultant in child and adolescent psychiatry Dr. Aleksandra Lewandowska, and also representatives of other institutions that take care of the mental health of young people.
Today's meeting was aimed at sharing experiences and discussing the best practical solutions in this area.
The University Clinical Center of the Medical University of Warsaw has acquired from the university the possibility of developing a property at 1 Dalibora Street, where, after a modernization, it will be possible to launch a Center for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy. Two weeks ago, Rector Prof. Zbigniew Gaciong received support in this regard from Minister Jan Grabec, Head of the Chancellery of the Prime Minister.
