In connection with the Rector's Order No. 62/2020 of 27.03.2020 and withholding until revoked of all trips of employees, students and PhD students, persons whose travel application has been approved by the University Authorities and their immediate superior, are asked to:
1. contact the following e-mail addresses:

c. Faculty: of Medical Sciences: wyjazdyWM@wum.edu.pl
d. Faculty of Health Sciences: wyjazdyWNOZ@wum.edu.pl
e. Faculty of Pharmacy: wyjazdyWF@wum.edu.pl
and provide information on trip cancellation due to a coronavirus epidemic, providing detailed information as:
a. name and surname,
b. purpose and place of departure,
c. date of departure
d. source of financing.
2. contact the Department of International Cooperation at: wyjazdyzagraniczne@wum.edu.pl to cancel the ticket, in case the cost of the flight ticket was covered by the university
3. contact the transport service providers in order to cancel and refund the tickets, in case the airline/bus/train ticket were purchased independently without the assistance of the university,
4. contact the event organizer in order to cancel the trip and refund the costs of conference fees or other fees or obtain information about the postponement of the event to a different date.
5. contact the hotel to cancel the accommodation and refund the hotel charges.
6. All invoices related to the expenses incurred before the trip, ie: hotel reservation, conference fee and other, should be sent as a scan to the following e-mail address: efaktury@wum.edu.pl. Original documents should be delivered later.
7. In the case of expences incurred as part of projects financed from external sources, please contact the Project Management Department to confirm the eligibility of costs: projekty@wum.edu.pl
8. We kindly ask all persons returning from foreign travels to send documents for settlement in PDF format to the email address: efaktury@wum.edu.pl
