The achievements of the candidates - documented by patents or publications in recognized Polish and foreign scientific periodicals - are evaluated by scholars who are authorities in their fields.
The goal of the Start Program is to support outstanding young scientists and encourage their further scientific development. Winners receive an annual scholarship of 28,000 PLN. They can use it on any purpose.
