The SGH-WUM MBA in Health Care program was also highly ranked in two competitive categories. It placed fifth in the "rank and prestige" category and ninth in the "teaching staff" category.
- Our program debuted in this edition of the rankings and immediately became the highest ranked MBA program in healthcare in the country. It made it also to the gold fifteen. This is a great success for us, which emphasizes the high level of studies we offer. It is worth mentioning that MUW is the only medical university of a decidedly business character qualified in the ranking - says Artur Bialoszewski, program manager from MUW, and adds: - We have just started recruitment for the 5th edition of SGH-WUM MBA in healthcare. I hope that the award will be an additional incentive for people who now decide to choose this form of study.
"Golden Fifteen" was awarded during the gala accompanying the Perspektywy Forum of Leaders in Management Education 2021. The diploma was received on behalf of MUW by the Rector of the University, Prof. Zbigniew Gaciong, and on behalf of SGH by the Rector, Prof. Piotr Wachowiak, PhD. The Warsaw School of Economics, our partner, also received a diploma for taking second place for Canadian Executive MBA (CEMBA) and sixth place for MBA - SGH.
A total of 41 programs were classified for the ranking. The methodology included 6 criteria: substantive features of the program(24%), program rank and prestige (22%), alumni feedback (15%), student quality (15%), faculty quality (16%), and educational support (8%). The proper and reliable preparation of the Ranking was supervised by the Chapter chaired by Prof. Elżbieta Mączyńska - Honorary President of the Polish Economic Society.
The value of the SGH-WUM MBA in healthcare is the combination of experience in the area of healthcare at the Medical University of Warsaw and the practice in the implementation of MBA studies at the Warsaw School of Economics. The program is dedicated to senior executives and managers with significant work experience. The teaching staff consists of experienced lecturers from MUW and SGH as well as external experts. The SGH-WUM MBA in Healthcare program was accredited by the Association of MBA's (AMBA) in 2017 - a certificate that confirms the highest quality of education, in accordance with international standards. Upon graduation, the graduate receives a diploma from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Medical University of Warsaw.
