The candidates were evaluated by a jury board consisting of distinguished experts. The jury considered the candidates' accomplishments and achievements in 2021, professional reputation and influence in the community, and public clout.
Among the 100 doctors who had the greatest impact on the development of Polish medicine were:

- Prof. Maciej Kosieradzki, specialist in general surgery and transplantology, head of the Chair and Department of General and Transplantation Surgery UCC MUW
- Dr Aleksandra Gąsecka, specialist in cardiology from the 1st Chair and Department of Cardiology of the Medical University of Warsaw
- Prof. Leszek Pączek, specialist in internal medicine, clinical immunology, clinical transplantology, nephrology, diabetology, geriatrics, public health, laboratory diagnostician, Vice President of the University Council MUW.
Apart from the List of 100 of the most influential people in Polish medicine, the List of 100 people, who have contributed to the improvement of the health care system was also announced. This ranking includes Łukasz Jankowski, MD, specialist in nephrology, a doctoral student at the Faculty of Medicine of the MUW, Department of Transplant Medicine, Nephrology and Internal Diseases UCC MUW.
