You do not need to have a prescription for the vaccine. All you need to do is visit the Patient Services Department of the Medical Centre of the University of Warsaw and make an appointment for the vaccination. You can call 22 255 77 77 or send your application by e-mail to: szczepienia@cmwum.pl.
Prior to the vaccination, you need to fill in the declarations to confirm your right to the vaccination as a student of the University of Warsaw. We then go to see the qualifying physician and for injections at the treatment room.
People without symptoms of infection, including fever, should attend the vaccination.
You can also declare your choice of physician, nurse and primary care midwife at the Medical Centre. These can be completed in person at the registration desk of the medical Centre or via an Online Patient Account.
