The event is aimed at promoting knowledge of vascular diseases among students of Polish and foreign medical universities, as well as providing students and doctoral students with the opportunity to present the results of their own scientific work on vascular diseases. An additional advantage of the conference will be lectures by invited experts from abroad.
The event will have an interdisciplinary character. It will actively involve students active in various scientific circles: angiological, cardiological, surgical, radiological, as well as representatives of scientific circles from the area of basic and preclinical research, and students and doctoral students dealing with issues of health promotion, preventive medicine, environmental risks and lifestyle medicine.
Also planned during the congress are workshops on vascular surgery, endovascular procedures on simulators and an ultrasound-Doppler course for arteries and veins.
