The acts were received by Prof. Dominika Nowis, Prof. Roman Smolarczyk, Prof. Marcin Grabowski. Absent from the meeting were: Prof. Artur Ludwin and Dariusz Kawecki, MD, PhD.
In addition to the Rector, Prof. Zbigniew Gaciong, and the newly appointed members of the program council, the meeting was attended by members of the MUW Foundation board: Prof. Piotr Radziszewski - President, and Marta Ewa Wojtach, MA - board member.
In the second part of the meeting, which was not attended by Rector Prof. Zbigniew Gaciong, the members of the Program Council of the MUW Foundation elected its chairman. By a resolution of the Foundation Council, passed by the simple majority required by the statute, with at least half of the council members present, the council elected Prof. Roman Smolarczyk, proposed by Prof. Marcin Grabowski, as chairman.
The third part of the meeting was devoted to outlining the current activities of the MUW Foundation to the members of the Program Council.
The Program Council of the MUW Foundation, appointed for a 4-year term, in accordance with the foundation's statute adopted on December 17, 2022, is an opinion and advisory body of the foundation, additionally equipped with control and supervisory powers.
