The gala ceremony took place in Kiev. Prof. Robert Gałązkowski, Vice Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences MUW and director of the Polish Medical Air Rescue, received an honorary doctorate degree. This is the highest honor in the academic world.
The title was awarded by the Academic Council of the O. O. Bogomolets National Medical University. The award was presented by Prof. Yurii Kuchyn, the Rector.
It is worth mentioning that this is not the first award that the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Health Sciences received from a Ukrainian university. Earlier, he received a commemorative medal for services to the National Medical University of Ivano-Frankivsk.
